We are glad to announce that Showmax Kenya will for the first time sponsor a category in the BAKE Awards. The Internet – based Video on Demand Platform will sponsor the Entertainment Blog category.
ShowMax launched in Kenya last year and has the biggest internet TV catalogue on the continent. Thanks to new internet TV technology, it’s now possible to watch series, movies, documentaries and kids’ programming instantly – all you need is access to the internet and the right device, such as a laptop, smartphone, tablet or smart TV.
While commenting on the sponsorship, Chris Savides, Head of ShowMax Africa said: “As a newcomer to Kenya we’re really keen to get plugged into the community. This is the 6th BAKE Awards and it started on January 9th 2017 with the launch of the submission phase and will culminate in the awarding of the winners at a gala event on May 13th 2017.
