How can I submit my content?

Can I submit multiple entries?
You can submit as many entries as you like, so long as they fit in that particular category. Any content which does not suit the category it was submitted in may be removed from the competition or placed in another category without consultation.
Can I submit my content more than once?
Content need only be submitted once. The number of times content is submitted to the contest does not influence its chances of advancing to the next round or its chances of winning.
Can I submit content that is not mine?
Yes, you can submit someone else’s content. A creator can also submit their own content into the competition.
Can I submit new content in another category?
Yes. Content can only be submitted in one category except for new creators. New creators can be submitted into the new creator category and one other category that fits.
What is regarded as a new creator?
A new creator is one who has been creating content for one year or less prior to the competition. In this case, creators who started in January 2025 onward are regarded as new creators.
What if my content is not in any of the aforementioned categories?
If your content is not in any of the categories listed, you can submit it into the topical content category.
What if my content fits in more than two categories but I’m not a new creator?
If your content fits in more than two categories, choose the category that it best fits.
Are there any restrictions regarding content, language, subject matter etc.?
Content that contravenes the Kenyan Constitution and laws, contains or links to any form of insulting, racist, sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic or in any other way discriminatory or obscene content will not be permitted.
