Here are the Nominees for the BAKE Awards 2019

The nominees’ announcement also coincides with the launch of the voting phase. Voting starts today on 7th May 2019 and will close on 30th May 2019 which will culminate in the awarding of winners at a gala event on the 15th June  2019.

To vote in the BAKE Awards 2019, you will need to visit https://vote.bakeawards.co.ke/vote. Voting will be limited to one vote per person and an SMS verification code will be sent once a vote has been completed.

This year’s competition began on February 12th, 2019, where BAKE accepted submissions in 23 categories. Thereafter, a panel of judges selected the best 5 nominees from the successful submissions in each category as well as the Blog of the year category.

The BAKE Awards, since its inception in 2012, has recognized and awarded the best in Kenyan blogging, in different categories, every year. It is organized by the Bloggers Association of Kenya (BAKE), an organization that promotes online content creation and free expression in Kenya.
